Entering the Inner Sanctuary
Enter this sanctuary time by settling down, becoming quiet, and breathing deeply a few breaths. Remind yourself you are in the Presence of Love. This place you are entering, within, is the inner Temple. Here, you are One with Spirit and all persons, and Nature. You may use a mantra, or prayer phrase, follow the breathing in-and-out, or witness the arising and falling of all around you as the manifestation of universal-Grace. Enjoy these moments of Quiet and come out when you are ready.

So plunge yourself in the Water That your breathing rises from the Depths
There is a Sea without a name Drenching shores with a moving Face
Be That! Don’t just admire Admiration alone just puts you to sleep
Why live in rivers, streams, and lakes, on land, When Home is an Ocean that waits?
Adore so ardently the Watery Abyss to Become the Font that replenishes every demise
There are baptisms many but What This is heralds all others, though true
Someone dropped a Bible here and Out grew a flower with honey for the world
Be the bee that flies joyfully Imbibing from the shine of the Sun of Light
Some angels just flew overhead ~ I heard my name Am I being inconsistent, not making sense at this point?
Live for the Ocean, marvel at the teeming Life, Become one with the Jordan that received the Christ
Don’t read this poem with two eyes There is only one gate to the seven-faceted Wisdom
